I FEEL A RIPPING SENSATION IN MY ARMS WHEN USING THE ROWING MACHINE. IS THIS NORMAL?

I’m feeling a ripping prodigy in my arms when we make use of a rowing machine during a initial integrate of strokes, as well as I’ve never felt it before. It’s not a blazing feeling, though all different. we only wish to know if this is normal or has happened to you.

I have been in crew for the almost 2 years.

Is it mainly in the forearms? Because I realize that if you doing multiple high intensity pieces that it would hurt if your technique is bad. I have felt this kind of sensation in my legs in a 10 x 1000m piece.

I don’t really think that it’s normal, if it still happens, I think you should talk to your coach about it.

The only pain I feel in the arms is in the forearms after a 2K.
