<a href="http://www.rowingmachinesfitness.com/category/fitness-rowers">Fitness Rowers</a>

There are ? to go with this. What is your age? what is your present physical condition? If you are wanting to eat healthy make it a lifestyle change that you can and will keep up.ie don't make it too demanding. The workout is the same, make it enjoyable so you will want to do it, it would be good if you had a workout buddy so that you would help each other when you don't feel like applying yourself. The other is routine ,try to pick a time of the day when nothing will interfere The three sessions you have suggested sound sensible but a sustained working heart rate is what you will require .Feel good about what you are going to accomplish and don't be discouraged if it takes a longer time than you had hoped for.It will happen if you want it to
Good luck and enjoy your new lifestyle

<a href="http://www.rowingmachinesfitness.com/category/kettler-rowing-machine">Kettler Rowing Machine</a>

A lot of people will tell u that's enough. The plan u have is good, if u will really push urself.

If u are just starting to go to the gym, then u might want to exert more hours. All those people who say "don't overdo anything in the beginning" don't consider one true fact - PEOPLE START SLOW.

When u go to the gym, exert urself. Test urself and find ur limits. Much like a psychological thought - find urself and what u can do, then grow or exercise from there.

Since u want to go to the gym, what a waste if u don't take advantage of the energy u feel of u wanting to go to the gym.

After awhile, the exercise that took u 2 hrs a session will become 1 hr. So, in the beginning, test urself and be a bit extreme, but u ur pace. (just make sure u have plenty of rest afterwards, or else u might give up, which is kind of sad). Then little by little, the same exercises will become easier. Then, do more exercises in the same amt of time - or lessen the time till u have a schedule.

Same thing when u diet. Fast. Then u will want to binge. BINGE ON VEGETABLES. Get used to having lettuce instead of potato chips. And if u ever crave for sweets or junk food, GO AHEAD, but remember u really want to TASTE, not fill. Mix a small amt of junk food with a large amt of healthy food.

And little by little, u will pace urself and find what makes u comfortable.

And u can also say, "I was able to go ... long without eating." And u can say, "My max exercises took 3 hrs, but now I can do the same in 30 minutes."

U just have to be careful. Stressing on ur muscles is good, but when something hurts, stop.

That's a fine workout. You will burn more calories by doing weights first. That will get your body moving and into the fat-burning zone when you get to the cardio exercises. And as other people said, mix up the weights and remember to stretch.

perfect i would take a 7 minute break in between so you don't ware out to easily.if you go to hard to fast and to long you body will take that in as stress and you wont lose much weight plus you will be exhausted afterward like you just finished a marathon.take breaks and drink plenty fluids and keep yourself cool

well if you want better results you can do 2 minutes on the running machine and then do some reps with the weights then go back to 2 minutes of running
repeat this with different exercises and i guarantee you will see results fast

<a href="http://www.rowingmachinesfitness.com/category/concept-2-rowing">Concept 2 Rowing</a>

It honestly depends on your measurements, what you consider to be "healthy" eating, and your current fitness level. For example, for someone who has been running 5 miles per day for the last year, these exercises you have listed would not be enough. Personally, I recommend a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio daily, and a minimum of 15 minutes of resistance training. However, you can lose weight simply by making a list of what you eat in a normal day adding those calories up, and then reducing that by 500 calories daily and you will lose 1 lb per week, effortlessly.
