Check with your doctor but in the meantime, you should probably stop. I&#039;ve heard that any ab-related workouts should be stopped, and that includes sit-ups/crunches. It&#039;s better to be safe than sorry! You can still walk, cycle and such, but if you feel that your abs are being worked out with that machine, just stop until you&#039;ve confirmed with your doctor to be sure.</description>

I would think so, just don&#039;t over due it. I would talk to the ob just to be safe though. Congrats on the baby!!</description>
