MY ROWING MACHINE BROKE, WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES CAN I DO UNTIL I GET A NEW ONE?

My rowing machine pennyless a alternative day as well as we wish to keep sportive my arm muscles until we get a brand new one.

I have dual 5-lb dumbbells, what could we do with those?

    get two or three pd weight asna walk moving your arms as you go along for about 45 minutes or an hour, you will feel it th enext day I gurantee you, I never did this again.

    EASY MATE!!

    options:
    1, pull ups
    2, horizontal pull ups, ly down with a sturdy bar on top of u and do pull ups with ur foot ont he ground.
    3, bicep curls
    4, this:
    (i dont know how to describe)

    ANd thats pretty much all u need =].

    What about ur leggs?

    Squads(strength), box jump(explosiveness), or just jump (as high as u can) on the spot.(explosiveness)
