Exercise Rowers
No. Rowing machine is a cardio machine more than anything. That’s good for weight loss and general conditioning. The muscles it does work is your biceps, back, and shoulder as well. It doesn’t really work your abs.
For abs, you should do sit ups, crunches, or any abdominal exercise. Dont for get the obliques (the side of the abs)!
