WHAT IS THE PERFECT ROWING MACHINE TECHNIQUE?

1) My overal fitness is flattering good. we go cycling/running each sunrise however we wish to set up up a little some-more muscle. Which areas do using machines target?
2) How prolonged should we be operative out on it if we am you do so each alternative day?

3) What is a “perfect” rowing technique? It would be unequivocally beneficial if someone could post a little step-by-step insructions.

(1) Running on a treadmill of course targets your lower body muscles more. On a rowing machine, it will target your biceps, rear delt and back muscles.
(2) The duration should be at least 20 minutes and not more than one hour, unless you have specific purpose like practice for competitions or rehab after an injury
